Tracy Newman

Medication Management

Tracy co-founded Mending Mental Health with a vision to bring expert, efficient care from the clinical side of practice. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with years of experience helping parents find answers for their children and supporting adults who need a fresh outlook, she’s passionate about breaking the cycle of “meds on top of meds.”

Tracy collaborates closely with therapy partners and trusted practices across our network that complement her approach. She has extensive clinical expertise in ADHD care for ages 6 and older and continually studies emerging treatment modalities and evidence-based advances to bring effective, forward-thinking care to patients from all walks of life. She approaches every case with curiosity, practicality, and genuine care.

Dr. Das is a double board-certified psychiatrist (adult psychiatry + sleep medicine) with additional certifications in integrative mental health. He provides medical supervision and consultative support for the Mending team, ensuring clinical rigor and evidence-based consistency across the practice. His approach is grounded in integrating biologic, psychosocial, and lifestyle considerations into psychiatric care.

Nicole Mislivec

Medication Management

Nicole offers psychiatric medication management for adults (18+), with appointments that allow time for life context in addition to symptom review. She treats anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and related conditions, working collaboratively with therapists and care teams. Nicole’s style is empathetic, grounded, and focused on helping patients engage actively in their treatment.

Hailey Shaull

Lifestyle Management & Clinical Support for Youth and Families

Hailey collaborates with our clinical team to ensure patients receive clear, coordinated care and plays a key role in helping individuals access appropriate needs. Her work is grounded in clinical research, integrating sleep, nutrition, daily habits, and DSM-5 criteria to support each person’s overall health and functioning. She is known for her calm presence, genuine interest in families’ stories, and her ability to make care feel approachable and connected. Hailey is directly supervised by Dr. Das.

Leah Good

Medication Management & Psychotherapy

Leah is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who blends therapy-informed insight with evidence-based medication management. She specializes in women’s and LGBTQIA+ health in the spaces where depression and anxiety overlap, OCD, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and complex psychiatric presentations. Leah builds trust while tailoring care to each person’s needs and goals. She does not prescribe controlled substances other than medical cannabis and maintains a single-provider model of care built on transparency and consistency.

She designs workflows, oversees compliance and quality, and builds systems that keep operations efficient and human. Leah’s focus is finding the true gems in this field and partnering with them to build collaboration with abundance.

Matt is the bridge between clinical care and administrative efficiency at Mending Mental Health. With a keen eye for artistic value and digital innovation, he ensures that the clinic remains engaging and accessible. Matt also keeps everything running smoothly – including managing intakes, communication, 1st tier billing support, and general clinic operations. Whether behind the scenes or on the front lines, Matt’s goal is to create a seamless, welcoming experience for both clients and providers.

Joy MacArthur

Joy supports the day to day flow of care at Mending Mental Health, from intake and scheduling to records coordination and follow ups, so visits run smoothly and providers can focus on patients. Known for a warm, detail driven approach, she helps create a welcoming, inclusive experience for every client and family we serve. She coordinates referrals and communication between patients, providers, and community partners, keeps documentation organized and timelines on track, and makes sure questions reach the right person quickly. Joy brings a calm, solution oriented presence to busy days and is a reliable point of contact for appointment needs and next steps. Her goal is simple: make every interaction clear, timely, and respectful.
