Tracy co-founded Mending Mental Health with a vision to bring expert, efficient care from the clinical side of practice. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with years of experience helping parents find answers for their children and supporting adults who need a fresh outlook, she’s passionate about breaking the cycle of “meds on top of meds.”
Tracy collaborates closely with therapy partners and trusted practices across our network that complement her approach. She has extensive clinical expertise in ADHD care for ages 6 and older and continually studies emerging treatment modalities and evidence-based advances to bring effective, forward-thinking care to patients from all walks of life. She approaches every case with curiosity, practicality, and genuine care.

Dr. Das is a double board-certified psychiatrist (adult psychiatry + sleep medicine) with additional certifications in integrative mental health. He provides medical supervision and consultative support for the Mending team, ensuring clinical rigor and evidence-based consistency across the practice. His approach is grounded in integrating biologic, psychosocial, and lifestyle considerations into psychiatric care.

Nicole treats adults (18+) using a relational, conversational approach with attention to minimizing medication side effects. She incorporates sleep, mood, trauma, and broader life dynamics into her work, while thoughtfully considering newer treatment options when appropriate. Nicole frequently works with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community and collaborates closely with therapists. She also has experience supporting patients with trauma-related concerns and OCD-related patterns.

Beth provides psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a strong focus on behavioral concerns in youth and autism spectrum presentations across the lifespan. She has particular expertise in cases where mental health and medical conditions overlap, including women’s health and adults who have not improved with standard treatment approaches. Beth integrates her dual training as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, allowing her to consider both physical and mental health factors in treatment. Kendra brings over 10 years of customer service experience and a people first approach to the operational heartbeat of Mending Mental Health. As Clinic Operations Coordinator, she supports the systems, communication, and workflows that allow both clients and care teams to move through the process with clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, where she is expanding her understanding of how thoughtful, well designed systems directly impact access to care and patient experience. Grounded in empathy and deeply passionate about mental health, Kendra believes that feeling heard and respected is essential at every point of contact.
